This statistic may not be realistic because there is a high percentage this made instantly. Some are making it in this realtor business. Know Who Lives In Your Area

People do not have faith with the real estate sellers or the agents. As a real estate agent what can you do? Cultivate good relations with good communication. There may not be any questions from your sellers if you have briefed them on what you do instead they will appreciate your commitment and efforts.
Respond to calls and emails always. It is true that sometimes one is not available always but you should not be hard to reach. If you decide to respond to emails and calls at a given time please stick to it. If you don’t do that people will lose faith in your and you will also miss leads.

Leads generation is the bread and butter of many realtors. Realtors have many avenues for lead generation. Letter drops, referrals, social media. Ask for a referral each time you sell a house.
You do not have to network only when you are benefiting. If you go for fuel and the owner tells you he has a problem with his fridge. If you know any fridge technician connect them. Connections are maintained by the desire to stay connected to people.
